Why do the prices say ‘from’?

For most of our small to medium-sized clients, the price you see is the price you will pay.

However, sometimes when we work with bigger companies, we need to spend more time with a group of directors getting things signed off, add more service pages and build out special features. Because of this, we need flexibility in our pricing model to charge accordingly. We always make our bigger clients aware of this up-front and will talk through their pricing options.

What factors can affect pricing?

Having a group of directors that we need to spend more time with at the planning stage. Additional service pages or areas of the site. Additional out-of-scope requests.

What will my website include?

For the base pricing, your website will include a homepage, an about or process page, 3x service pages, a contact page, and a blogging platform.

Are there any ongoing costs?

For the first 6 months after launch we provide you with a complimentary care plan that includes high-speed  hosting, updates, backups and website security. 

After that 6 months that is up, you can choose for us to continue to provide the care plan for £30 per month. Or we can zip up your website to transfer it to you to host and maintain.

When do I pay?

50% is due upfront as a project activation fee to cover the planning, content and design phase

25% is due before the build phase begins

25% is due before the website is launched

How long will the project take?

Most projects are completed within 5 weeks once we have received the first payment to cover planning, content and design phase.

If we do our job right in the early stages of the project in really understanding your business and customers, then the content, design and build phases run smoothly.

I already have an existing website, so can I pay less if just having a redesign?

Unfortunately not. This is because redesigning a website often take just as much time (if not more) than starting afresh.

Can I edit the website once is it launched?

Yes. You will have access to edit the content, and to post blog posts yourself.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by bank transfer, or by debit or credit card.

Unfortunately not.

Because of the process of doing a ‘simple redesign’, it often takes just as much time (if not more) than starting from a blank slate. You will likely be coming to us for a redesign because your website is either slightly broken, or not serving the right purpose for your business. Either way, we have to start afresh. 

We will find out from you what your business goals are, and what your customers need. We then review your content, to ensure it is optimised for conversion and supports your SEO goals (the planning phase). We then need to build the redesigned site, ensuring best practice is being used (The build phase). Finally, we need to ensure, the site is speed optimised, GDPR compliance, and meets the latest accessibility standards (the launch phase).

All of this careful work means that the base pricing would apply for redesign projects.

Most projects are completed within 7 weeks.

WEBSITE CARE PLAN

For the first 6 months after launch we provide you with a complimentary care plan that covers hosting, updates, backups and website security. After that 6 months that is up, you have two options

  • We can continue to support you with hosting, updates, backups and security for £30 per month
  • We can zip up your website for you to host and maintain – we’ll give you a website owners manual so you know what to do.
